We took a guided tour of the Theakston Brewery in Masham, brewers of 'Old Peculier' ale   Can you say home delivery?   Nectar of the Gods...   They have their own pub on premises   We don't like beer, but we like to humour Don and Steve so we tagged along....                   Ok, so it doesn't have a home theater....   The brewery was built in 1827 and featured used equipment, some of which is still used today!   They are also one of only two breweries in the country who still have onsite coopers who make barrels for their beer   Seal of the Old Peculier, which was actually a person who was like a governor of the area             The White Bear is across the way from the brewery and one of our favorite pubs in Yorkshire   It has both a Public and a Private bar   Steve and Steve outside the White Bear.
